Ichigo Girl loves Lasagna Cupcakes

Ichigo Girls, Here's a Recipe we read from a blog by Pepper.ph . Let's try this yummy recipe and let's have fun :)

Lasagna Cupcakes

makes 12 lasagna cups

All You need:

11/2 cups part skim ricotta cheese

24 small square wonton wrappers

11/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

11/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 tspn chopped basil

1 tspn chopped oregano

Spaghetti sauce (whichever your favorite is)

Preheat oven to 350º
In a large bowl, mix ricotta, chopped basil, chopped oregano, salt and pepper all together and set aside.
Coat your muffin pan with non stick cooking spray or butter.
Place a wonton wrapper at the bottom of each cup.
Start layering by adding a small layer of ricotta mix in the 12 muffin cups, followed by the spaghetti sauce, topped with the mozzarella and cheddar cheese then covered with another wonton wrapper.
Repeat the process until each muffin cup is full.
Finish it all off with more mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly (around 10 minutes).
Let it cool and enjoy!

DIY Patches for Well-loved shoes

Ichigo Girl's, It's time to have fun, Every girl has their favorite shoes, and guess what girls, we found a DIY site that will help us girl's revamp our favorite shoes.

Source

Supplies needed:

Shoes (they don’t have to be worn, this would be great to do to any shoe)
Scrap fabric (for your drape/pattern trace) *for best results; use fabric that is very close in quality to your final fabric.
Final Fabric ( I used suede, durable and very easy to work with ). *I recommend leather since you are creating patches and leather does not fray, and conforms easy to shape.
Scissors
Pen/Pencil
Small pain brush
Glue. Plain white glue or carpenters glue work best. (pretty much exactly the same thing)
